Runny Babbits
My child has apparently inherited what I like to call my "verbal dyslexia." I very frequently swap the 1st letter of words or swap whole words as I'm talking. (Pack Backs, run roaders, etc.) I guess Austin has the same tendency! The other day he was asking for his runny babbits and I could not figure out for the life of me what he was talking about! Daddy finally was able to translate - Bunny Rabbits! It just made me giggle so much that I had to get a picture of Austin and one of his runny babbits.

Shel Silverstein has a book called Runny Babbit. I haven't read it in a long time so I can't accurately tell you what it's about...but I'm thinking a rabbit and tongue twisters. Might be fun to read with Austin.
